Bryant Carroll

Bryant Carroll

Bryant Carroll — Director / Producer / Actor

Bryant is a working actor, director, and producer whose credits span Showtime, HBO, Starz, Netflix, Amazon, NBC, and CBS. Recent work includes projects with Jason Bateman and Jude Law (Black Rabbit), Mark Ruffalo (Task), and Brittany Snow (The Hunting Wives).

He founded Everyday Boots Productions with a passion for character-driven storytelling. The Company’s first production, the short film Nowhere Good, marked Bryant’s directorial debut and is in development as a feature, with Gas Station Confessional next on his directing slate.

Bryant trained at the Michael Chekhov Studio in NYC and was an original cast member of Footloose on Broadway and the 2001 revival of Hair. He has worked with Steve Buscemi, Kathryn Hahn, Michael Clarke Duncan, Tommy Chong, Dan Lauria, Breckin Meyer, Rachel Brosnahan, and Donnie Wahlberg.

Michelle Falcone — Community Outreach / Event Coordinator / Actor

Michelle is a community outreach coordinator and event planner with a strong background in facilitation, communication, and relationship-building. A board-certified hypnotherapist, Reiki Master, and educator, she excels at creating welcoming, collaborative environments and engaging diverse communities.

She also brings over two decades of performance experience, including 20 years in improvisational murder mystery theater and background roles in films such as The Avengers (2012), Closed for the Season (2010), and various independent projects.

Michelle’s blend of organizational skill, communication expertise, and on-set awareness makes her a valuable bridge between production teams, talent, and the communities they serve.

Shannon — Creative Team / Actor

Shannon’s love for storytelling began in Chicago-area community theatre and has since carried into commercials, industrials, short films, and feature films, both on camera and behind the scenes. She continues to refine her craft through ongoing training at 1st Team Actors Studio.

After moving to Cleveland for college, Shannon found a home in the city’s vibrant creative community and emerging film industry.

Through her work with Everyday Boots Productions, she is committed to elevating untold stories and inspiring others to pursue their artistic paths.

Rosy Hong

Rosy Hong — Executive Producer / Producer / Actor

Rosy began her creative journey on stage, appearing in musicals in college and later at community theatres before transitioning to on-camera work in 2014.

She has worked in industrials, commercials, short films, features, and a TV pilot, and trains at 1st Team Actors Studio, with previous Meisner study at the Houde School.

Born and raised in Cleveland, she returned after time on both coasts for college and medical school. She’s excited to help bring compelling stories to life with Everyday Boots Productions.

Patrick Lafferty

Patrick Lafferty — Producer / Editor / Actor

Patrick Lafferty is an award-winning filmmaker, editor, and actor known for his work across feature films, short films, and digital content.

As an actor, Patrick has appeared in a wide range of productions and worked alongside Paul Giamatti and Hope Davis in the Academy Award–nominated film American Splendor. His experience on both sides of the camera gives him a unique and versatile perspective on storytelling.

With a passion for sharp editing, grounded performances, and character-driven narratives, Patrick brings a multi-disciplinary creative energy to Everyday Boots Productions.

Zionna Redmon

Zionna Redmon — Production Assistant / Press Liaison / Actor

Zionna is a dedicated Production Assistant and Press Liaison for Everyday Boots Productions. On set, she supports the cast and crew by coordinating talent movement, assisting with setup and teardown, and helping ensure a smooth production flow.

Behind the scenes, she connects with local newspapers, radio stations, and community platforms to promote the company’s work and expand its reach.

At just 19, Zionna is already building strong experience in film production and media outreach as a contributing member of Everyday Boots Productions, and she continues to learn and grow with every project.

Taylor Sustersic

Taylor Sustersic — Production Team / Actor

Taylor is a Cleveland native whose acting career spans both stage and screen. She earned her BA in Theater Studies with a concentration in Performance from Kent State University.

In addition to her work as an actor, Taylor contributes behind the camera as part of the Everyday Boots Productions team, bringing a collaborative and detail-driven approach to each project.

She is passionate about meaningful storytelling and dedicated to fostering creative spaces where artistry and passion can thrive.
